Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused washi tapes and stationery in their original protective wrap to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
